Questions homeowners ask
What’s the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic Service ($250) is for small installs and fixes, like mounting a TV, installing a light fixture or fixing a faucet. Advanced Service ($450) is for skilled repairs, like drywall, ceilings, doors and trim. Each covers up to 1 hour of work.
What if the job takes longer than an hour?
Anything longer gets a free estimate, so you know the price before we do more.
Can you do more than one thing in a visit?
Yes. Make a list, and we’ll get through as much as fits in the hour.
How do I pay?
In-person visits are paid on arrival. There’s nothing to pay online.
Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?
Apex Interiors is insured, and we stand behind our work. If something isn’t right with our work within 30 days of completion, we’ll come back and make it right at no additional labor cost.
Do you speak Spanish or French?
Yes. Our crew speaks English, Spanish and French.
