Your info stays with us

Last updated October 24, 2026. Here’s what we collect, why we use it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email, town, project details and any photos you upload.
When you book a visit or a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar, which runs on Cal.com.
When you buy merch: your order and shipping details. Payment happens on Square’s secure checkout, and we never see or store your card number.
When you join the merch list: your email address.
When you browse the site: basic visit information, like the pages you view, your type of device and how you found us. We collect this through Google Analytics and Google Ads.

To reply to you, prepare your estimate, schedule visits and do the work.
To fill and ship merch orders.
To see which ads and pages bring in calls and requests, so we spend our advertising budget wisely.

We never sell or rent your information.
We only share it with the services that run this website, so they can do that one job: Netlify (hosting and forms), Cal.com (bookings), Square (payments) and Google (Analytics and Ads). We also share it if the law requires us to.

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to count visits and measure ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser, so it’s still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data empties it.

We keep project and order records as long as we need them for the job, the warranty, taxes and our business records. Then we delete them.

Email us at contact@myapexinteriors.com or call or text 302-887-6574, and we’ll take care of it.

This website is for homeowners and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
